Now, tonight will be my night. I am happy with my Champions league answer and my kids game one is genius, if anyone has an issue with Hungry Hungry Hippos (not Mammals) there could be blood shed !! If that isnt an ace then……. FML
Hippos
are
mammals. Warm blooded, live young. Unlike Whale Sharks. Which are clearly sharks the size of whales, as any fule noes.
Downfall fta!

* Cough - Taken from here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hippopotamus
The hippopotamus is semi-aquatic, inhabiting rivers and lakes in sub-Saharan Africa in groups of 5-30 hippos. The hippopotamus also uses water to keep itself hydrated and able to carry out his life functions. During the day they remain cool by staying in the water or mud; reproduction and childbirth both occur in water, where territorial bulls preside over a stretch of river. They emerge at dusk to graze on grass. While hippos rest near each other in territories in the water, grazing is a solitary activity and hippos are not territorial on land.
Despite their physical resemblance to pigs and other terrestrial even-toed ungulates, their closest living relatives are cetaceans (whales, porpoise, etc.). The common ancestor of whales and hippos split from other even-toed ungulates around 60 million years ago. The earliest known hippopotamus fossils, belonging to the genus Kenyapotamus in Africa, date to around 16 million years ago.
I'm not in the game, but I reckon ItsMrAlex2u is getting stuffed badly here.

I'm still fuming at the whole hippo thing. jon's question clearly stated it should be either purely aquatic or live mainly in the sea.
'2. Name a water mammal. (either strictly aquatic or lives in the sea and comes onto land to sleep, breed or give birth)'
hippos are neither ffs
someone with too much time on their hands needs to go through this thread and remark it so that correct answers get rewarded rather than penalised

In that case, I retract my defence as Hippos are obviously breaking the rules.

How late are you? That has already been posted and discredited.
Is Rebecca Adlington a water mammal?

Why is it taking short-round so long to give us the answers?
