i think its pretty standard to here

his check on flop hints that he is sittting on a PP only 3rd hand into the matrix so sorry tank no real read

your ruling out eights nines and jacks and think that the reraise is  not likely with anything smallers you you have him on queens or kings

can you steal this pot or should you check it down or check/fold

fold to 3-bet pre is ok, I lean towards folding because JJ is horrible OOP.
Sometimes I have read that player is 3-betting often, in which case I might pop it up and go all-in pre.
Calling is only ever ok if you pretty much have the odds to set mine.

check call post flop can be ok
check fold post flop can be ok too (which line you take will depend on various factors)

Trying to bet to steal the pot from either QQ or KK is very much not the way to go.
There's no way we can put him on such a well defined range at this point.

Even if our read was killer, KK and QQ might still call.

Never bet this.

This probably isn't a shove against an unknown player 3 betting into you in a matrix comp.

Nit folding ftw

Shovng is deffo not the way to go early days in these Turbo Matrix.

Standard is pretty bad and those 1 pointers add up.

has to be a fold pre imo. with jacks oop youre very rarely getting the chips in good after calling flatting pre.

Shove or fold pre, calling is the worst option. My default is to fold unless i have a read.

Raise less pre. At least then you'll get better odds to set mine if you get reraised.

You raise to 90, he repops to 220. It's 130 to call to win 1600ish. Not ideal but better than over committing. 11% of your stack is way too much first level.

As played I'd probably make a stubborn shove and lose. I think the correct play though is to pass.

With two limpers already in the pot, i think his raise size is fine (he has just pressed the pot button on Full Tilt) i would have made it 150 then.

Even if it did go 90 and then repop to 210, i still think it is shove or fold. You aren't deep enough to set mine and you are pretty much going to have to soul read villian on a bunch of flops to make it profitable oop.
