Well, card dead for 45 minutes then make a move with 66 only to run into AA.  To finish me off, I'm in SB with KK and jakally raises pre with AQ.  I shove for another 400, he calls........and the A hits the flop.  Ugh!  Out in 122nd.  GG.  Sorry about that.  Good luck to everyone still in!

Feel a bit bad about taking you out Lax.................... but knowing you were playing with Woodsey's money softens the blow.  Wink

No worries.  Rather the chips go to a blonde than any of those other fish.  Some of the play was SHOCKING!  Felt like it was the 10k ($10 buy in) tourney for the first half hour.

completely card dead first hour - KK and every one passed, called down an obvious bluff attempt with 2nd pair to get me up to 2000 but just lost 600 with 99 when someone reraised me all in on a 10 high board.

last hand before break.  Flat call on the river ok here or too cautious?

Reraise from the button so I shoved

He had KK and the board didn't change anything.

perhaps I need to loosen up a bit then - plan was to raise the river, but when the board paired the call seemed better.  Does the turn bet not look likely to be a set protecting against flush draw?
