Tomato - 2

Tightend
scottm

Objection - surely if just "egg" is a fail then so is "tomato"

prefer plum myself over fried

Crucial! Edge of the seat objection here, do the right thing Andrew! 1 time

Ah, going back and checking the answers again, I see that Scottm has actually put Fried tomatoes, whereas Tighty has just put Tomatoes.

This may change things.

English muffins, IMO, are no part of any English breakfast (not one that I've had, or seen). They are a breakfast food (rarely had in the UK), not part of an 'English Breakfast'

Hash browns, although we always have them with our full English, are also, sadly not (IMO)

In that case can I point out that my answer was actually 'Brown Toast'

Objection to hash browns. They are not part of an ENGLISH BREAKFAST?!?!?

surely hash browns are american.

The Camel makes a good point, which deserves consideration.

Whilst hash browns are American in origin, they are always included in any fry-up I get anywhere. They help to ward off the absolute no-no which is chips.

I suppose it depends on whether we adhere to idealistic notions of fry-ups of yesteryear, or will move with the times.
