I tried to capture the " Huggle" as Reece calls it but was too slow. Reece also thanked him for helping to send him to Dinosaur land ( I believe Disney have one).

TPN Tracey although I just weighed him and he was 14.8k, which may be good seeing as he has dropped his second night off TPN this last week. I will weigh him again tomorrow before bed and then again on Thursday morning to see his weight after no TPN.

Walking is the only thing that stops my knee pain so might have to keep going!

I'm going to bed now, I will do my best to try and put something together tomorrow night. If anyone knows how to upload screenshots, and wouldnt mind doing it, I have the shots of the mileage splits for each of the four days - just let me know if anyone can. Thank you.

The T-rex noise was immense!

I expected to see a shambling wreck grovelling towards the finishing line.  Not R9.  He came in a bit knackered, but otherwise cool, calm and collected.  A magnificent effort, nearly as good as Reece's T Rex impression!

Been Offline a few days, working, so missed the climax (?) of the walk.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant,

Well done Rooky.

Also to Maureen for supporting him.

Big thanks too, to 12BarBlues, who, as Rooky & Maureen will confirm, has given a tremendous amount of moral & practical support - top bloke him.

This is just wonderful.

Remind me, please, how much I owe, & how to pay. I also need to pay for Kev's arse job.

Tony it was Chris's parents and sister that did all the support work. A BIG TY to them .
