Seriously, I reckon we should go back to the old beautiful British way where the toffs go to uni and the poorer people work in service of the toffs.
Poor people don't need an education..they only waste it by reading The Sun anyways. If you can't be arsed reading The Times or, if need be, the Daily Torygraph you have no business being enrolled in one of Brittain's finest educational institutions.

Reading a few papers this morning most of the pictures are taken with 4-5 protestors surrounded by 20+ police and 4000 people from the press taking pictures.

From the BBC G20 update blog.
Quote
07:39 The BBC's Philip Hampsheir at the London Stock Exchange says there are 150 police officers outside, about the same number of reporters, and just 15 protesters.
Quote
11:15 The BBC's Ben Brown outside the Excel Centre says: There's room for between 5,000 and 6,000 protesters. Police have been surprised that there are only about 200 protesters here at the moment. One policeman suggested anarchists did not get up very early.

For a moment I thought these riots were a result of Tighty postponing Reverse Sheep. Nevertheless, I performed a quiet riot in the confines of my own home. Farce.

If you chastise the protests against the financial institutions because the protesters are costing the government and the people of this country money you would be enjoying a ride on a helterskelter in dreamworld. Jamie from Jamie and his Magic Torch did that and it looked fun, so whatever. But be aware that's a pretty stupid thing to say.

Just seen this on Sky News. Russel Brand even turned up and had no idea why he was there, clearly.
Interview of the year!
Sky News to Russell Brand.
"Why are you here?"
"Same reason as all these people".
"And what reason is that?"
(coy look), "err........."
He's not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer....

Errr, the banks are costing the country billions. The protesters broke a few windows and stuff.
I was in my local RBS branch the other day when I saw a RBS piggy bank on the counter with some smug poster about watching the pennies. Man, I coulda picked that pig up and smashed it on the floor. I didn't. But I coulda.

Thanks - I really didn't understand what you were getting at
but
The banks are also making the country billions
The net contribution of the banks to society >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> net contribution of the protestors

I disagree Jon. I would say the sum total of the protesters net worth to society>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sir Fred Goodwin alone.
