i dont expect the standard to be that high

infact bankroll management by me says i cant play if i dont sell $75 so cant really negociate the price and really want to be playing for 50% due to the effort and time the event will take so going to have to say no deal to the offer poker fan but thanks for an offer

if i dont sell at 75% then i will just play the lower leverl event

I'm actually out because I'm taking a month or so break from buying %'s. Just being nosy.

Do you have a link to your OPR?

76% ROI is all well and good, but investors would do well to know what the average buy-in was and over what kind of sample size.

A premium of 1.38 is getting towards the hefty side, but would be justified if you have a history of decent scores in online PLO8 events with a buy-in similar to that which you are being staked for. (bolded coz it's pretty crucial)

Also, wtf is the point in offering 10% chunks of something less than $100
Extra admin probably not worth it.

average buy in 21$ average field size 247

as i said its really out of my bankroll and not something i would normally play
the 11$ is where i would normally play
but the fact its a scoop means that there is alot of value in this event IMHO
also i feel even with a longer clock it will allow more play but still finish before
the 11$ both of which would suit me and my game

How much u wanna pay from ur own cash?

well i dont want to do what i did when playing outside of my roll at the end of last year

my roll at the moment is ideal for the 1-20 range but i am happy to take a chance and with 35$ but anymore and i risk playing scared

which is why i cant really accpet pokerfans offer

i should say i have the fee in W$s having won a 55$ (sat to a sat) and 2 109$ sats into the PLO8 but would rather sell the W$s than to help rebuild my bankroll than take a shot at something and tilt myself up

May 7th 2007

$22 PLO8 tournaments, 240 entrants, you came 1st. scooped ~ 60 x the buy-in.

10th November 2008

$22 PLO8, 369 entrants, you came 3rd, scooped ~ 35 X the buy-in

Both pretty decent scores.

I think you could safely say the field will be softer in a SCOOP event than a standard $109 tournament (but I think people overestimate how much softer, especially when going for a stake)
I suppose you could reasonably say that it will be similar to a regular $50 comp.

You could then say that $50 is similar to $22 comp, which is where you had your scores

I suppose it's maybe a +EV offer then, so good luck with it, and hope you find a backer.
