My wife pointed me in the direction of this tonight. Obviously I have seen it and ignored it many times before, but I am seriously questioning whether its possible unless you become a monk or perhaps get marooned on a desert island

I have got to the stage where i will go the whole week without a drink, then do well over 21 units in one night. If there was a definition of a binge drinker it's me.

me too. I can easily go a month or two touching nothing, then make up for it in one fell swoop. think I managed 60 units over the blonde bash 6 weekend  Not good. |
