Dads Whitehead , but Grandmothers maiden name was Webb , my kids have picked up a few words from Dad and love to hear stories of Fruit picking in summer and stories by a fire told by old men and woman. Dad was a scrap merchant and i have many memories of "going calling " with Dad .

thanks for that reddog. i too remember adventures involving scrap metal but there was no calling involved. just plain getting in through the fence type of stuff. its a great pleasure for me to hear this kind of stuff as its not often i get to think or talk about it. im not from the same travelling culture as you but things you have said have struck a big chord. im not one to open up too much(maybe on the surface) but this place makes me feel quite relaxed. viva life

A nice selection of photos. One caught my eye particularly, that of Foxy Minx. Here is the question. Is she REALLY tall or does she have very small radiators??? (see page one). Yours confused. Simon

you know, i think id like the caravan kind of life. my passion is the sky, even though i dont know what stars are called, i am in my glory looking at them. the open life gives you a real opportunity to see the sky. if i could do anything, it would be to wander comfortably under their blanket for ever.
ps. is that you on the exercise mat?
