I like Murphy -2.5 frames
at 11/10 V Robertson, unfortunately I'd prefer Robertson to win...
Higgins -2.5 frames
at 4/5 also, first to 17 so plenty of play, one table situation etc etc...
Talk about making me sweat for it...

after abit advice please. i put £50 on higgins at 8/1 at the start of the tourny. This might sound abit noobish but how can i gurantee myself a reasonable profit for the final?
thanks
hope this is right, I'm rushing it, can someone check over the numbers?
simplest way in a 2 horse race is to back the oppo. assuming it's murphy he'll probs be around evens
-betting £50 on murphy means if he wins you'll break even overall, if higgins wins you'll be up £350
-betting £400 on murphy means if he wins you'll be up £350, if higgins wins you break even
anywhere between £50 and £400 you'll make a profit whoever wins
-£225@evens will be a return of £450 whoever wins so a £175 profit
will obv depend on the actual price but that won't be far out
Spot on, all depends how much you want to even up your profit on both players

Had major internet troubles so not been able to post or bet much!!!!
Finished down on the tourney, mainly due to Ebdon's loss to Bond and Murphy's capitulation in the second session of the final.
Well done Greekstein and Dino

A good pool player herself too, as is her ex-world champ husband...
