all WWF promotions pre WWE name change have all been changed for legal reasons so anyone that was WWF is automatically WWE WCW doesnt have that problem so if they didnt wrestle in any for of the WWE then it would of been failed |

they can be counted as being in the WWE as that company holds the rights to the performing names that they used, and it is the performing names that have been given as answers. that they haven't fought in the WWE is irrelevant |
