Well depends on what sort of take up we get ... Hopefully a Month will be plenty long enough for everyone to get through.

will give it a week for people to get hold of a copy and go from there.

No idea, apart from that they are used copies. Having never purchased second hand books from there before, I can't say if it's either good or bad.

usually a hefty p&p charge

p&p is standard on Amazon (£2.75 for a book). I've ordered several books for a penny, end up costing about £3 and all have been fine.
