OBJECTION

It is not THE Lyric Hammersmith

It is simply Lyric Hammersmith.

http://www.lyric.co.uk/fromhomepage/p201.html

Ah the "The" rule

Or the "I must not Google" commandment rule. Any, as long as it sticks.

Ah the "The" rule

I just threw The in front of all them as that is how you'd say it.

Question 6 – Name a London Theatre that is listed on londonnet.co.uk

The Lyric – Sheep - 2

Claw75
Jon MW

The Lyric Hammersmith

TightEnd

Whale answer surely? How do you know that Claw and Jon MW didnt mean the lyric hammersmith also?

Or indeed the Lyric Pizza.

A thought just occurred to me after reading Robert's post, would you go into a Domino's and ask for a "Piri Piri Pizza Pizza"?....

obv not.

and there's no doubt that tighty cheated. there's no reason to put the word pizza on the end unless you looked it up

Agreed ... damning evidence that Tighty cheats in RSQ's ... FACT !!

This makes me feel sad

It should do, today is a very sad day indeed for quizzes everywhere.

We thought we had one of the greats here on blonde, I feel cheated.

Sad indeed, no alternative but to ban him from this and the next RSQ.

Is it that simple thought Robert?

Here we have a triple (quadruple?) crown winner of the RSQ, is a 2 game ban sufficient?

Think of the farceness that could have been avoided, the trauma that could have been saved from the poor blonde member's souls.

This is tricky, very unfortunate.

I think this must happen. We ought to have a poll later.

Undoubtedly. I just hope blonde, and more importantly the RSQ can recover from this dark period in it's history.  Hopefully, one day, the RSQ will be free from the shadow that has been cast by this ugly revelation.

Of course, in the interest of justice it would be wrong to jump to conclusions before the accused has had a right to put forward his defence and the evidence is looked at thoroughly.  Only then can he be found guilty.

Ah, I'm very sorry Scotty. You must have a stammer and there we were poking fun....

Because with that reasoning, you would agree that either piri piri is a pass, or that piri piri pizza is a fail!

shut it monkeyboy - I meant the one on shaftsbury avenue, obv.  I think MW probably just forgot to type hammersmith on the end of his answer though, so he and tighty should have 2 points and I should have the ace!  I reckon anyone who didn't put a west end theatre should fail this anyway - how on earth would anyone know that other theatres would appear on whatever the website was called.
