Reverse Sheep Quiz XVII - The Yank Strikes Back!!!

There are 13 questions, PM your answers to me by midnight on Monday May 25th.  Each answer is to be on a different line with corresponding question number.

Reveal will be Tuesday May 26th starting at 19.30.

Your score for each question is number of people who give the same correct answer. So you want to go for answers that you think will be less commonly given. Levelling commonly happens. The answer most commonly given is called the sheep, with the corresponding sheep score.

You are not allowed to do research such as Google searches to come up with answers.  I have ways of knowing, so be careful if you intend to break this rule!!!

If you give an incorrect answer, you will receive the sheep score + one half the number of distinct correct answers given, rounded up.

You MUST pass on one, and only one, question and score a 0 for that question.  Objections must be accompanied by proof (links) or they will be ignored.

All are welcome to enter this week and previous winners must nominate a new QM.

b. have more than one outlet
c. have been founded in the UK and
d. have no table service
e. (common sense) not come under some other category e.g. supermarket

Not a trick question.  Go in.  Order food at counter.  Take it away or to a table of your choosing.  And founded in the UK.  Supermarket chains will be a fail!
