There are 16 questions, PM your answers to me by 3pm on Thursday 28th May.  Each answer is to be on a different line with corresponding question number.

Reveal will be Thursday May 28th starting at 19.30.

Your score for each question is number of people who give the same correct answer. So you want to go for answers that you think will be less commonly given. Levelling commonly happens. The answer most commonly given is called the sheep, with the corresponding sheep score.

You are not allowed to do research such as Google searches to come up with answers.

If you give an incorrect answer, you will receive the sheep score + one half the number of distinct answers given, rounded up.

You MUST pass on one, and only one, question and score a 0 for that question.  Objections must be accompanied by proof (links) or they will be ignored.

All are welcome to enter this week and previous winners must nominate a new QM.

Any questions, post in this thread.

4 - (For the boys) In cricket, there are 10 possible ways that a batting player can be dismissed.  Name one.

5 - (for the girls) In Netball, there are 7 playing positions in netball. Name one. (initials allowed)

So one question is an automatic pass or do we all have to answer both?

11 - Name a running distance/event in an olympic atheltics event.

Again?

13 - Name a recognised British city.

Define recognised please, i.e is it one I see when on the train and can say where it is without looking at the signs?

14 - Think of a number 1 to 10, multiply by 9, take the individual numbers, add them together, deduct 4 from that answer, now depending on your answer, each letter of the alphabet for example, A =1, B=2, C=3 etc..  Choose a country beginning with the letter that you got from the solution to the answer..

Can't you just ask the straight question?

16 - Which of questions 1 to 15 will get the most passes.

That is likely to have a single answer, maybe even up to 3. It is mainly guesswork and as such is not in the spirit of RSQ, has the farcicalness rubbed off on you?

I had to pass the champagne question but I do not have any fails for the other 15 unless the answer for one of them is Londonderry!

clarification please

I am meant to answer cricket not netball? Can I answer both. I once played netball against our girls school. They thrashed us.

wtf is 14 doing in a RSQ? everyone should get an Ace

16 too, too Ace-y

Liking the sport feel, liking the inability mythologise Londonderry as Narnia's twin town and can't see anywhere I can put Marrow as an answer. This is good

Name a country beginning with E?

Seems a fair enough RSQ question to me.
