i got a seat for this ,but it was a joke how people was telling there m8s to pass for the low stacks as there was only 2 to go .
at the time i had about 35k ,but never picked a hand up to push with other wise i would have ,it was disgraceful .
if that would have been live there would have been eruptions ,i hope they get this sorted out for next month.

To those who've won seats to DTD through sats before, should we recieve an email confirming we've won a seat? Will we be put on the list on the website? Or is it a case of just showing up on the Saturday?

update time on support's response to the issues

reply was as follows

Our Poker Team and technical department, after conducting a thorough investigation regarding this tournament have determined the following: - The Add on was offered for the first 20 seconds of the second break.

well this clearly isn't true, the people that did get to add on did so before the start of the break so I'm already beginning to doubt the thoroughness of the thorough investigation

you had enough money to add-on at the time the add-on option was offered.

so def not my fault then, phew

In the other hand, we have not had any issues for this tournament,

again clearly not true as others have complained about it and did so the previous month

and maybe it has to do with the configuration of the computer you were using. In order to avoid this to happened in the future please set Internet Explorer as your  standard browser, delete all previous cookies from your  hard disk and be sure to accept third party cookies as well as to accept pop-ups. Your flash player should be updated to the most recent version. If the problem persists, please advise us for further investigation.

Furthermore , and in an effort to show you our appreciation   as a customer and for the patience and understanding you have show in this matter, your account has been credited with 20 GBP for you to use immediately  in the poker room or to enter another tournament of similar characteristics in the future

yeah this is indeed a massive loads of bollox. The add-on took place before the last hand before the break (If that sentence doesn't make sense, that might be because offering the add-on at that stage didn't make sense either)....Noone was more surprised than I was when I was dealt a hand immediately after I took the add-on...what was standard was me getting knocked out in that hand lol.

yeah this don't sound right.  I got the add on option fine this month, but didn't get it last month.  Nothing's changed in my 'configuration'.

they probably don't appreciate the extent of the problem as most people wouldn't bother contacting support about it, and will just vote with their feet come next time.

I too had the exact same response exact wording and can't say I am at all happy agree with comments made under each line of reply by Gatso - ok they gave some money back - but this has worked for me in past before and not now is ridic really I mean its basically selling faulty goods without understanding the extent of problem or it seems that way. Just wont play it now which is big shame as would like to support any DTD satellite but your add ons etc is a big deal in scheme of tourney and qualifying criteria

here is their response to my not liking their original response

Following to the email that my colleague Miguel has sent you in regards to the add on issue that you experienced during the MONTHLY£80K 50 SEATS (36456872) 20+2 1st June at 8:30pm (7:30pm GMT); I would like to re iterate the fact that we did not experience any problem with the add-on option. As you have been advised that option is only available for 20 seconds, and as you did have enough funds to add-on at that time. We are not able to tell you why you didn’t mange, but after investigation, the problem didn’t come from our end.

 

As a valuable customer, and for the inconvenience that you experienced, understanding that it was frustrating for you not been able t add-on, to try a win a seat to the Monthly Deepstack, we did credit you 20 GBP, which was the buy in of the tournament.

This credit was done, on June the 5th, and you can see this transaction in tour cashier statement under the code GPC.

 

Please follow as well, the technical advice that my colleague has informed you off, as this might prevent further inconvenience.

who at dtd deals with the online side of things? I'll ask them about this at the weekend as there seems to be no point contacting online support again
