The simple reason that there aren't many female sushi chefs in Japan, is because it's always been a male-dominated industry and women aren't given a chance to do it.  Simple as.

yeah but i wouldn't have been so bothered if it had only cost me £4 - as it was I paid about £13 for that lump of shite.  In fact, I don't think the steak was on the cheapo menu.
