A couple of really good skiers coming down at the start, in the powder.

Did you ski Norquay when you were in Banff? Scariest run of my life. Big huge sign at the start saying 'DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS UNLESS YOU ARE A COMPETENT SKIER', wish I'd paid more attention Cheesy

this happened back in february, imo its very funny, however there is a serious side to it

was at the gym near town today, jjb.i go most days.today had a real good work out and left at about 1pm,walked through town to pick my car up. stopped for a pie then moved on.as i finished my pie i chucked the remains at a bin, part of the paper missed.two police women spotted the incident and both looked at me as if to say well come on pick it up.they stood with arms folded and gave me a dirty look.i was going to pick it up, but did not like there attitude so i carried on walking.they soon caught up with me."excuse me"...EXCUSE ME.so i turned and said go on then tell me off.the hobby bobby got on her high horse and spouted public order, litter and some other bull.i just lol.i could see they were getting annoyed.anyhoo they told me to go back and pick up this small piece of paper.so here's what happened next
what do you two think you are gonna do if i dont.the actual police woman threatened to arrest me.i then said well look girls i'm 42 just been to the gym and i'm knackered but if you can catch me i'll let you arrest me.
they looked at each other bemused, and sort of in a daze.as if to say well what do we do now.i strolled off at a brisk pace, then one made a lunge for me so i was on my toes.i sprinted for about 10 yards and it was all over

i might sound like a bit of a cock.the fact is i had every intention of picking the litter up.until these two pathetic excuses for a police force gave me attitude.one of them was clearly over weight and the other was a fat biach.thats why the pursuit lasted only seconds.i pay there wages to fight crime and uphold the law catch the odd criminal.these girls could not catch a cold,or fight there way out of a paper bag..it must have been that time of the month.lard ass police women are a joke

this is my opinion, as i said i'm walking on eggshells at the moment.
your thoughts

i hope my posts do make people sit up and enter into debate. i will be honest now, some of the things i have got up to, i look back and can hardly believe them myself. i may make an off the cuff remark on occasion, don't think for one second I'm making it up. i am constantly having to prove my "so called stories" 99.99% are true. i may euphemise occasionally, that's as far as it goes, i would not say i exaggerate. the sad thing is, only a handful of people know me, none of them ever doubt my word...
i do not think i am alone, when making a post, i honestly think i am right. surely when a person make's a statement they think there opinion is the correct one. slightly narcissistic, which is something i am working on. i have strong views on religion, politics, law and order, drugs, the smoking ban, poker and a million other topics. as i said i believe my opinions are the correct one's, and sometimes struggle with any type of disagreement. its in my nature. for me entering into a healthy debate, on occasion has swayed my views, this is one of the reasons i post.

they say, sticks and stones, and to be fair my word's, thought's can hurt no one.they also say the pen is mightier than the sword. the world is full of contradictions

What drives you so much to 'make people sit and enter into debate'?

I think with over 41,000 threads & nearly a million posts the board has plenty of debate already. Joining new & trying too hard makes you come across like one of those guys who come into a pub where no-one and try to dictate the conversation, while all the locals make in jokes that whoosh him.

I'm getting a bit bored of this thread now.

What are your views on the World's major religions then?
