without wanting to say too much i suggest people have a look at backing Jurgen Melzer today, maybe even in straight sets
When you say without wanting to say too much do you mean he's 1/14 so probably gonna smash the guy off the court anyway?
Why aren't Will Hill giving me a match score price?

because some bookies have stopped taking bets on the correct score due to too many "known faces" betting on him winning in straight sets.
10 times the money has been bet on Melzer than most other first round matches at Wimbledon.

Blatch a bit of advice if you dont mind.
Why is David Ferrer trading at 1000 on Betfair.
The guy won the Dutch tournament on grass last year, before losing in the 3rd round at wimbledon to Ancic.
he has had a fairly decent year, reaching the finals in Dubai and Barcelona, and most of his defeats have been to the top players.
He plays Kevin Kim today which should be a walk in the park. He should play Stepanek in the 3rd round, then meet Del Potro in the 4th.
Del Potro will probably be too good for him, but surely there is very decent trading material there.
Or have i missed something totally?

Darn it, should have checked the thread earlier. Melzer trading a bit too low for me now, 1.35 for straight sets on BF.

Simply because he a genuine 1000 shot. The bookies never give a true price as most of there profit is made making the true 1000/1 shots 100/1 on their books.
He is a decent player and by far one of the best Spanish players on grass but Kevin Kim wont be a push over here for him.
Personally I think he is one of the more capable players that are listed at 1000 but still dont see him doing anything special here.

Ok cheers.
Well i've had a small interest at 1000/1 and will see what happens over the first couple of rounds.
Dont get me wrong - i dont think he has a chance of winning it - but he just looks to be a very good trading opportunity and i expected his odds to be around the 500 mark.

Bit of advice bud, put a lay up at around 600 today and I reckon it will be taken if he wins today and then over night he will go back out to 1000 so you can give yourself an even bigger bet for free

wow, he's only just less than that to win overall!
On over 17.5 games in the Williams match. I don't expect Voegele to do much, but I'm hopeful for 6-3 6-3 or better!
