Anyone going to put me off Haas to beat Djokovic as a value punt?

Haas 3.3, beat Djokovic in the warm up final on grass two weeks ago

What about Hewitt over Roddick at 3.5?

Only thing that would concern me with Hewitt is the injury he picked up in the last round - if he isnt fully recovered then Roddick wont let him off the hook like Stepanek did.

Djokovic is playing a lot better than what he is being given credit for, but Haas is a dangerous opponent.  As i am on Djokovic outright i will be keeping away from the outright match betting, but i have backed Djokovic more aces at between 1.54 and 1.6.
He has served 47 aces in 62 service games compared to Haas' 31 aces in 69 service games.

Probably a bit late but make sure you put a bet on Haas at a bookie which doesn't require the game to be complete, as Djokovic is a massive quitter and is liable to retire when he feels he is beat.

The rules on this vary from bookie to bookie.

Betfair usually only require the first set to be completed.

Fed is dismantling Karlovic. Some of the returns of serve are sensational

Haas implodes 6-5 up with a break in the 2nd, loses his serve horribly. Nervy in the breaker too

edit, just saved three set points

Rock on Tommy at 3.35 please!

I hate Novac.  Losing 3 set points in the tie break, not only that but to lose the next 2 too, 8-6 from 3-6 up

Wanker.

Come on Feds, 3-0 needed please.

Expect him to start limping and calling for the trainer if he goes a break down in the 3rd.

All is not lost

Novak does appear to have a powder puff temperament though
