What do all the blondes think of this as relates to poker?

my initial thoughts are that online seems more of a science and live seems more of an art, what do you think?

Science is an art, but art is not a science

Everything in this life can be classed as art, with the possible exception of "River City" on BBC1 Scotland.

I think poker is fundamentally a science...

but when I play, it becomes an art.

I think poker is quite like "social" sciences like economics.

At the lower levels there is more maths but the perfect game at highest levels would be highly dependent on analysis of human behaviour.

Limit poker is a science, but no-limit is an art. In limit, you are shooting at a target. In no limit, the target comes alive and shoots back.
