Can I jam here?

Hand from the Vic £200 last night. Blinds are 100/200 going to 150/300/25 in six minutes. I still have starting stack of 6k.
My hand is irrelevant IMO, what i'd like to know is can we jam light here as a bluff or is it pure spew?
The set-up:
My last two raises have been re-raised and i passed, once when i raised cut-off after the hi-jack limped and the SB re-raised and once when i opened MP and the SB re-raised.
I open button to 525, BB who is a good player who covers makes it 1500. We've seen the BB re-raise pre then fold post so it's not neccesarily a sign of strength, he also knows me (although this is the first time i've ever played him) and likely views me as being on the tighter side given action at the table so far.
If i jam for 6k total for him it's 4500 to win 7600.

I doubt he would raise you light in this spot. As you have said, he is a competant player so would already have calculated the pot odds should you 4 bet. What was his stack at this point?

dont automatically assume he wont fold, 100% he can fold here a fair chunk as hes not getting an ok/great price. Deffo jam stuff that has more equity against his calling range imo, K2s and shit u can deffo jam here.

I'm with Alex on this one. The hand isn't irrelevant. Shoving 72o or 23o would be pretty awful. But you can shove light here. You have more chance of making him lay this hand down than you are next time you get re-raised after the blinds go up. You are going to need to gamble unless you get some cards very soon anyway.
