JJ is quality and, at the very least, it will be an entertaining watch.

wow,
i was discussing this very idea with a good friend of mine in vegas (no, it wasn't tikay)...i think he would have been a great candidate but we were both concerned about;
a) how to pitch it,
b) how to live with the embarrasment if you got a roasting,
he'll be gutted someone beat him to it!
next step dragons den usa methinks...

Lol, was thinking this very idea a while back. Just don't think the dragon's will go for it though. There was a similar pitch earlier, when a young race driver wanted funding for racing, and he was willing to give a percentage away for every race he competed in for a large number of years. Can't remember if he got the funding though, don't think he did.

he got nothing. I think the problem was the funding he wanted would only cover the first year and so the same would be needed several times over before he had any chance of getting near to decent racing

The Nuts Poker League never actually got the backing in the end, after the show they went over the finer details and decided against it.

On a side note, has anyone had Reggae Reggae Sauce, its well nice.

I like the Reggae Reggae ketchup.  But did try one of the sauces in a jar when friends were round and it blew their heads off  Cheesy

how come he can't just get other poker players to stake him?  if he's good enough, it wouldn't be too hard to ask around...
