Girgy - update us bastard!

Yea mate was just about to!

Been working lots over the weekend so i havnt done any walking BUT i have been keeping up with my diet and still feeling good!

Ive just took delivery of some new threads for the weekend and my mum says they look well on me butl there is still a long way to go!

I think i might have a more full time secure driving position from today so once i find out i will be able to get into more of a routine and hit the gym!!

Looking forward to DTD this weekend and gonna keep up with it till Saturday when im gonna have a few beers!

but he has been keeping up with the diet and that is more important. Eating 2000 calories better than eating 4000 calories and burning 200 up walking round the block

Slippery slope.  Soon he'll be saying he doesn't have time to eat properly.

Good to keep up the diet but Kin is still 100% right. Ultimately that's an excuse. No-one is so busy they can't fit in a 30 min walk every day. Doesn't need to either/or, exercise and diet can be done together.

Aw bless him. At least he's doing half of what he's supposed to.

Come on guys, let's give him a man hug and tell him to leave it until next week.

Girgy FFS!!!!!! What a load of bollocks!!!!!

If you didn't want to go for a walk just don't go but don't look for stupid excuses. It's better to be honest with yourself. Taking a couple of days off is fine but don't say it's because you're busy and didn't have half an hour to spare. That's just insulting people's intelligence including your own.

Cracking start, dont get upset/give up when you have the inevitable week where you lose zero or gain a pound, long term thinking needed...

It's water.  It won't kill you.

Tomorrow might be windy, the day after too sunny, the day after will be your time of the month, etc.

Technically, no it isn't.
