Finding hard to get my Lazy ass out of bed on a morning! I went to Alea monday night, finished at 3.30am bed for 4am and just cudnt get myself up for the next 2days! Same again on thursday!

I need ro get myself signed upto the gym and get into a routine!

After the blonde bash im giving up poker until i lose a set amount of weight!

That's bollocks bud and you know it. You just gotta do it. Late nights playing poker don't have to mean you can't still do exercise if you get up a bit later.

You don't have to quit poker either, but only allow yourself to play on days when your exercise is already done.

I weighed myself last week and was shocked to see that I was up to 10st8. This figure might not sound much, but given that I'm only 5ft6, and that a few months ago I was about 9st10, it's actually quite an increase. Add to the fact a few people have mentioned that I seem to have put on weight.

Just been weighed and im upto 22st 9lbs which is a gain of 3lbs.

Just had a chat with Cos and i have agreed to set an exercise schedule.

I have set a four day schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I will post if i am going to swap a day but if i miss a day in the weekly schedule i have to make it up and do 2 days or i will have to give £10 to charity!

This will run for 2 months and will end on the 31st October.

My personal target weight for this challenge is going to be 21st

Also got an early finish tonight so I'm going to go sign upto the gym and put in a session there!
