Got up for my walk at 9am but weathers bad so I gave it half an hour see if it clears up but it hasn't! So I'm gonna swap today for 2moro instead!
Also got an early finish tonight so I'm going to go sign upto the gym and put in a session there!

Honestly mate if you don't want to do this then don't but stop taking the piss.
If you want to do it then go out and buy yourself a decent coat or an umbrella because believe me the weather will get worse at some point. What are you going to do when it starts getting cold in a month or so?
What about when it's snowing? Will you walk or will you just sit on your lazy arse.
If you want to do walking every day then you need to buy the appropriate attire. Decent walking shoes + a decent coat mean that no matter what mother nature can throw at you you still get to go out.
And while I'm at it what's with this 4 day program? You're not doing anything too strenuous so get out there every day ffs!! The 4 day plan just gives you an excuse to take a day off because you can "catch up tomorrow" and make everything better again.
Get a grip or delete this thread and stop wasting everyone's time.
