Did 3.2km on the tredmill burning 400 calories! Then did a few lengths in the pool! Followed by a steam room and a nice shit, shave and shampoo!! |

Just to update....
Wednesday i did a tredmill session. Did some incline work doing 2km and burning about 350 calories. After this i did some weights.
Today i went and did a weights session and also some punchbag work. Really enjoyed letting rip on the bag and got a sweat on pretty quickly!
Off to the omaha at Alea tonight so depending how i feel in the morning i might go for a swim in the morning.
