So after a weekend down at DTD got on the scales this morning expecting a gain! Not that i had eaten lots of crap and i had also trained well last week! I sure did gain! I lost 6lbs which brings me back down to dead on 22st!

Today i got up and really didnt wat to go to the gym but i forced myself there! I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. I burnt 580 calories and covered 4.74km so i did more than on saturday and i was just 0.06km off 3miles! I came off that treadmill sweating like Tony Kendall on an Alaskan5 bet bluff with 6 3 off!!

Pretty pleased with the loss and my sesson today so watch out 21st im coming to get ya!!
