Also I havnt had chocolate or crisps or sweets or anything like that for 2 weeks since I started a prop bet with Cos!!
a bad diet doesnt just consisit of just choc crisps and sweets.

well his updates are like

got up ran 4.5km and feel good

nothing about diet

so i assume he is still eating 50 slices of bread and buckets of kfc for a meal.


he could be eating alot at night, eating high carbs etc etc.

How am i ment to know#

I'm happy with my diet! I said earlier in the thread that I didn't Want to post anything about it on here and that's how it is! It's not cos I'm eating loads of shit and feel embarressed about posting it!

ok I could do a post about what I've eaten today for some advice but I don't wanna post every day with what I'm eating cos it will just be the same stuff really!

Same stuff everyday?  Probably not a good start, but it would be interesting to see what you're eating to go along with the exercise regime.  Of course, if you don't want to post it then it's none of our business!

I would have thought posting exactly what your eating on here, if you were completely honest would be even more motivation.
As long as you 100% listed everything, knowing you might get ripped for bad stuff would help, and there might be some stuff that you think is good for you but really its not great!

How is "You are better off going for a run than sitting on the sofa" any different to "You are better off eating lean chicken than a kebab"?

Maybe Girgy doesn't want to share every single detail of what he's eating every day with everyone in the world. It's his thread, let him post what he wants to get the encouragement he needs. I started a thread a couple of years back when I wanted to lose weight - it was more as a public record of how I was getting on with the weight loss to encourage me to lose those extra couple of pounds every week before I updated. I didn't share details of what I was eating or what exercise I did, but I still got there. As an adult you don't need people to tell you whether stuff you're eating is good or bad, or fattening or whatever.  I got down to my goal weight without going into all the gory details, and I'm sure Girgy will too.
