Midweek update...

Yesterday i had a very good session on the tredmill. I covered 4.77km which is the best i have done since starting back at the gym. I burnt 570 calories. I have stepped up my speed now and im working on building upto 60 minute sessions.

Today i started off with 36 minutes on the tredmill covering 3.7km and burning 470 calories. I then did 10 minutes on the bike at various inclines.

My diet is going well! (Again i have not posted about meals as i dont wish to at the moment!)

I am changing my gym schedule from monday and is gonna look like this...

Mon:    Gym (Tredmill)
Tues:   Gym (Tredmill, Bike)
Weds:  Swimming
Thurs:  Gym (Tredmill)
Fri:       Day off
Sat:     Gym (Tredmill) Swimming
Sun:     Day off

Totally agree with what the evil one said on previous page can't really see how anything paul said was insulting, just standard.Your obviously not eating the perfect diet or you'd have no problem putting it up.That's fair enough as well it's your thread but he did have a point.

One thing i've never understood is how someone would eat a greggs pasty then go to gym for half hour and be glad they burnt off 600 calories, just don't eat the pasty ffs surely it's not that nice.

PS I'm not saying your doing this just people i work with are like that and seems a bit mad to me.But then some people like going to the gym which is just bizarre

Are you keeping track of the amount of calories, fat and saturated fat in what you eat?

Obviously there are other factors to take into account, but even if you don't want to post exactly what you're eating - what is the basis of your assertion that your diet is going well?

i.e. How do you know?
