Parking "Tax" in Nottingham

Cant believe its actually going to happen, Im sure Boots and Imperial Tabacco said something along the lines of 'if you do this, we will leave Nottingham'

Lol, not quite sure if the maths works Car Parking Tax > Moving 2 of the biggest companies in the UK

But anyhoo im sure some threat was made.

Ironically, Boots aren't in Nottingham , but their main staff car park is. Not due in until 2012, probably never will happen after next election?

What fucks up the traffic in Nottingham is people doing the school run, at 9.15 everyday the roads are clear and they are jammed again around 3pm. There is never a problem in the school holidays, make the kids take the bus to school imo..........

It's the same in Glasgow - used to take me 1/2 hour less to drive to work when the schools were on holiday. School buses or make the schools start at 7:00 IMO.
