I reckon you should change the title to "Aces against the only guy that can give me a double up".

if you don't want to take on the big stack with AA on a safe flop in a raised pot then just pass pre.

he's exactly the player we want to be up against cos he has lots of chips and we have an ace and an ace

I 3bet bigger, at least 40k

I make my 3bet preflop bigger for value, making it a bit bigger also helps us preflop narrow down his range as we are basically encouraging to peel atc here given stacks, especially given he has position.

Flop bet is fine.

My thoughts are,

you are not raising enough preflop -
BB=7k, SB (you = 3.5K), antes total 7,875?
he bets 16k
you reraise 19k from 19k to 35k,
giving him a 19k call to try win 66k (his 16k + 7k BB + your 35k bet + antes)
hes getting almost 3.5-1 on the call add a little implied odds and I am calling here all day long even if you show your aces!

On the flop, you bet 63k into a pot of 84,875, which I think is pretty reasonable. You are protecting your hand against a flush draw and if hes got an over pair he probably calling or raising.
