I always used to play in silence when I played on the computer, used to play a lot of heads up and thought it helped me concentrate better...

However, have found a little background listening helps make the grinding more bearable.

Anybody got any suggestions for Podcasts, poker related and/or non-poker related?

I already subscribe to WrestleCast which is always interesting, but you have to be a wrestling fan for that one. Also a certain rival forum's podcast I listened to for the first time today and though it was good. A shame Jesse Mae's 'The poker show' doesn't do a podcast version of their show! Nm.

Pokerroad is the best. All stratergy is pretty sick and some of the cash plays are good. If you just wana relax, liste to Pokerroad radio, some good banter between seebs etc. The gobbo ones from the wsop are the nuts too.

Do PokerRoad still do the Big Tourney Sunday podcasts?   My iTunes hasn't downloaded one for months I don't think

I really dont like Pokerroad, especially as they always seem to refer to anything remotely to do with European poker as if we are in the third world and the internet hasnt reached us yet.

Poker show is good obv, 2+2 is also very good imo.
