these are pretty common but I guess you've missed out on them in cyprus.

seen them quite often being used in cardrooms, the only place I saw a dealer call a ruling was DTD and it was agreed that it was fine to smoke it at the table

There was a comedy moment when a dealer thought someone was actually smoking at the table when they had one of these, and the panic in his voice as he was politely but firmly trying to stop the player from smoking at the table.  Oh how we laughed. 

Are they still allowed at DTD?  I remember reading something on here about them not being allowed now (but I may well have dreamt this).
