I have a google phone, which is pretty decent all things considered, but to be fair, iPhone is the best of the bunch. Not really a contest if you're free to choose any network.

My iphone is 13 months old. It keeps randomly turning itself off. Restoring to factory settings doesnt help. It works if you dont lock it or you keep it attached to the wall or a computer. the apple genius can't help as its past its 12 month warrenty period.

Take out the extended warrenty or extra cover if you get one (though 10 quid a month seems a bit much) - your life changes so much for the worse it it breaks on you.
