Anyone know this guy? I know he's a very good cash game player in Ireland- he just took down the APPT in Macau- well done!!!

This doesn't sound right to me.  I can't believe APAT would have been running two events this weekend, what with the WCOAP at DTD.

Must be a mistake.   Wink

It's true. Dermot is a young Irish player. He won the main event at the Poker Stars Asian Pacific Poker Tour in Macau, taking home a very tasty 4.2 million Hong Kong dollars, about 540,000 US Dollars. Congratulations that man.

I know him pretty well, good guy and very good player, played with him in irish tournies a few times.

Was pretty shocked to see his face when i logged into stars the other day!
