GetMeTickets.net has been wound up in the public interest (a great day indeed)
If you are owed money see message on

Shit post Nakor, such a clown.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

A fantastic day indeed, did manage to get my money back after 4 months of daily phone calls. Think i just did their head in enough in the end. I wish they could seize the owners assets as well, that really would be justice.

Are you going to any of the upcoming Ian B gigs this weekend?
We're off to the exhibition centre in Aberdeen too see him, should be a good one tho I'd prefer him not to play such big venues. Smaller places like the Carling Academy and Corn Exchange are much better venues IMO.

I'm probably being thick, but what does the above mean?

Unfortunately not seeing him again soon. You are definately right about the small venues, i saw him at the stage in stoke when unfinished monkey business first came out and that is the grubbiest little flee pit you could imagine and of course it was brilliant.

It just means they have been forced to wind up by the courts presumably at the request of trading standards lawyers.

It seems obvious that this is a company from whom you should not buy tickets.
It's correct to warn prospective clients of their reputation.
I do, however, feel that the scorn and dissparegment featured in this thread is eroneous.
This is a company that has featured not only on radio, but, on a primetime t.v program for their below standard service.
They are still, however, in bussiness and continue to procure a substantial clientel, so good for them.
Everyone has a right to earn a living.
When you win at poker is it not at someone elses expense?
To those of you that would respond by saying that the person from whom you've is a willing participant, I would say that in light of such prominent and substantial media scrutiny, if you have'nt endevoured to ascertain the credibility of this company first, then so are you.

Balls.
In poker you enter into a temporary relationship where both of you understand the potential risk and rewards.
They are no longer in business and it is brilliant. You work for them or something?
