Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii big win, though must admit to being a bit nervous at the end.

We are still in this, lets hope the O line injuries aren't too bad as they have been pretty good as a unit this season.

Been watching a few NFL network shows this week and it tilts me up how people keep saying that the lead New England have in their division was a factor in Bill Belecheck making that 4th and 2 call.

Surely he makes the call that he thinks is most likely to win him the game. Do they think he is calling a play he thinks is less than optimal just to look cool, because he's not too bothered about winning the match. wtf

I think all the furore about the call just goes to prove that about 90% of people are stupid.

I've been thinking about an anology in terms of that call and a heads up stingo.

You have the chip lead and opponent shoves on your small blind. Calling vs folding and waiting for a better spot is either going to be right or wrong.

The mong pundits are the mong tagtarded railers who after you call, if it goes bad, think you should have waited for a better spot.

I don't mind that so much as the ones who call it gambling as if Bellececk could have taken a draw instead. Entering the sitngo was gambling, but now there has to be a result either way.

or something

This week I like Detroit (-3.5) at home vs the Browns.

I've been looking at the Lion's rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford this season. He looked full of promise the first four weeks (although eclipsed by Sanchez in the same time), but then got a minor knee injury that kept him out till week 8. He came back and didn't have too great a game against St Louis (and really had a stinker the following week against Seattle) but he did look really impressive last week against Minnesota. 224 yards, 1TD and 0 interceptions against what is fair to say is a pretty scary Vikings D

I think he's on the ascendency and I'm looking for him to have his first 300 yard game today.

The Browns have the same win/loss record as Detroit but to watch them they look truly awful. Detroit at least look like they are asking their opponent questions and were it not for the bounce of the ball they may have had a couple more wins by now.

Hmmm I have might have some of that, in the battle of awful teams I think the Browns are probably worse than the lions. The spread suggest that .5 fave on a neutral field, I am not sue I buy that.

I also think Stafford has a lot of potential and could be very good (better than Sanchez), once he matures as an NFL qb.
