Randy Savage has died today it seems - another one gone to heart attack far too young.

Apparently had a heart attack while driving...

RIP Randy

do you think WWE will pay tribute to him as they have other greats who have passed?

WWE and Macho Man have not had a good relationship over the last 10 years+ from what I know, but I imagine they still will.

WWE have it as the main story on their website, so I assume they'll be something at the ppv or raw.

Randy Savage is my favourite wrestler of all time and he was at his best in the late 80's with the late Miss Elizabeth. Probably the best intercontinental champion of all time (sorry Honky Tonk Man).

Re: any tribute on WWE, the relationship has been bad for much longer than 10 years. Take Stephannie MacMahon's age and takeaway 15 years. Vince did partly "bury the hatchet" when authourised the Macho Man DVD but that could, and probably was, due to a commercial decision. The relationship was so bad that Vince was willing to lose considerable $$$ such was/is his hated for Randy Savage and for Vince to pass up a cash cow you know there's a major problem. I suspect a brief commentn made by the announcers on Raw rather than any big tribute which is a shame as the Macho Man was one of the best ever.

if anyone is interested wwe has been pretty awesome last month or so

cliffs:

Cm punk defeated Cena for title, however, CM punks contract expired and he left wwe with the title
Vince mcmahon stepped down from his chairman duties and triple h is now the on screen owner/chairman of the company
Cm punk was resigned by triple h
Cena won back the vacant title
There are now two wwe champions which seems like its gunna set up a match between punk and cena at summerslam

I agree it has been awesome, mitb was immense.  Saying that (being really pedantic cos I shouldnt complain when its been this good) No way punk shouldve returned this fast.  They couldve had cena/rey  @ Summerslam.  Tease Punk in the mean time, then have him come out at the end of Summerslam.  Holding up the 2 belts, need to let us pay to see it.

PP offering odds on Wrestlemania.

This one was interesting;  Undertaker started at 2/5 about an hour ago now 1/6.
