Ok more info,

Shoving the flop was my first thought but i changed my mind for some reason or other ( I think I bottled it !!)

So when he shoves on me on the turn and I know his hand ( as does the rest of the table ) when he mucks his cards I see the look on the dealers face,   He has given the guy several "final warnings " on this occassion was I wrong to make him enforce the rules of the game to the letter?


I ask as I took a bit of fglak from a couple of wankers for having the hand declared dead.

If its bad form let me know but after 4 - 5 warnings I though enough was enough.
