OK, click here - it's the admin login for your router. Same as above but without the broken link.

Once logged in click on Security at the top then Firewall Rules.

Anything listed there?

Right I'm in now and looking at firewall rules and it says for both outbound and inbound LAN admit any/WAN admit any

XP

I've just uninstalled it and it doesn't seem to be letting me reinstall either

Reboot then try to reinstall.

Click Start > Run > type cmd > press Enter

In the black box type

ping pp-193-144.partypoker.com

Does it say 'request timed out' or something like this?

If the latter then your connection to Party is fine, it's their software that is borked.

I gave up on this last night when I started playing around 6pm but when I rebooted this morning I've managed to download PP and have just logged in so everything seems to be hunky-dory.

Thanks a lot for all the patience and assistance.
