I am hoping that bowl is absoutley massive and therefore it is deceptive. If not why can I only see a starter.

Ok. Here is my ingredients. As you'll be able to tell I'm making quite a large portion here:

onions/peppers
garlic
ginger
lemon
chilis
coriander
tomatoes
chicken
various ground spices (coriander, cumin, chili)
bay leaves
cloves

And no doubt there'll be some balsamic vinegar and worchester sauce in there too Smiley

it is a fairly large sized bowl.

i dont serve rice with some curries, especially dhansak, since it is lentil based, it has enough roughage in it already.

There will be rice, but not got it out yet.

All ingredients are fresh except for the spices where I cheat slightly and use ground spices. Roasting and crushing is nicer but a bit too much effort.

It isn't any curry in particular. I've made it a few times and change the ingredients slightly each time and see what happens Smiley
