sigh. I know exactly what thread that's from and the post was not simply to inform fran of the pm but also to inform anyone else reading the thread who might have the same problem that there was a solution but that I couldn't put it on the thread (this was during blonde's weird time when links were pretty much banned because no-one in charge understood how the internetz worked).
think of how devved you'd be if you had the same prob but didn't know there was a fix because it was a pm secret. you'd probs cry and stuff
so let me rephrase
