I've been using it for about an hour now and quite like it. I'll report back later when I've found out exactly what it does

Been using it on my laptop for months now. I quite like it and not had any problems.

Upgrading from Vista should be quick and painless.

Upgrading from XP I think is more hard work and would probably benefit a reformatting of your hard disk.

I'm not using it yet, but I've heard it's a lot faster and 'smoother' than Vista.

Will be moving to it on my next computer.

early conclusion is I like it. it's very visual and feels smoother than vista or xp. for £30 I'd do it if you're not planning on getting a new comp soon

Vista is fine on it's own but garbage if you don't have compatible peripherals.
