^^^ thread gave out wrong price, not lied just a mistake.

But listing was correct??

Yes, but we were bidding based on price given on thread, I was bidding too based on it.

If that's the case then tough imo.

I thought the lie was on ebay. If there was no price given on Ebay then it's up to the buyer to ascertain the correct information.

If the buyer chooses to take that information from a random poker forum then he should know better.

Whatever, I still wouldn't pay if it were me.

Which would be entirely your choice. But presumably your ebay rating as a buyer would suffer as you don't honour winning bids.

so much hilarity in this thread, it's like a cross between a carry on film and only fools and horses. if i had kept my mouth shut I would be £1.37 or something better off but have missed out on a good chuckle.

i think it wuda been much cooler all round if kev had said ffs i'm such an idiot i'll send the cheque off tomorrow and we had all said nah don't worry we made a mistake keep your money

my vote is to let kev off and relist as long as he changes his forum name to either grimmer kev or welcherster kev for a week or two

was reading this on 2+2 the other day, how times change eh Wink

Pretty bad form by Kev if he is not going to pay. Just re-list them Kev and take your hit.

Would have some sympathy if it wasnt for the fact you were trying to make money out of the lads on here, you can't have a free roll.

Well done to the lads what are you all going to spend your 10's of pounds on?

How is it bad form ?  I was mislead on this thread.

I have still offered a 20% profit on the purchase price, or the option to relist the item ... I think I have been more than fair.

Thinking about it, the price probably only got as high as it did because me and Kev were bidding against each other, based on the info on this thread............
