Anyone been to Kiev? I have the opportunity to go in January with a bunch of complete nutters! Whats the place like? Nightlife any good? Everyone seems to be saying 'Ha ha make sure you go to River Palace ha ha', looked it up and apparently it is a nightclub on a boat where 95% of the women are professionals, not sure if this a good thing or a bad thing!   Any experiences people are willing to share would be great! Kthxbye! |

You been Gatso? I really cant decide. Its a mates annual birthday trip and one of my really good mates normally comes. He cant make it this year. I know the other guys and they are frickin nuts. Last two years I left my bail money on my desk at work incase i got locked up with them! |

just take the bail money with you and you'll be fine. it's pretty difficult to get locked up in the ukraine if you've got money to pay the police. or you can just shout abuse at them but that involves knowing just the right tone to use so I wouldn't recommend to a beginner

Went to Turkey on holiday last year,
Also very disapointing
I could not buy a proper Sunday Roast Turkey Dinner with yorkshires and all the trimmings anywhere

Not been to Kiev but, if its anything like Russia it will be Hooker city. Just be careful as they will probably have some mafia type pimp as well, not to be messed with.
