I am cooking a big juicy steak from our local farm shop. It never fails to melt in your mouth from there, although from other places I have not had much success in keeping them tender. They also do the most fantastic steak pie Kev.

I'll be doing a midweek roast wont be that stunning as it is midweek and not a sunday,prob just chicken,raosties,yorkies some veg and stufing ftw
