Is this a fist-pump shove or a tricky spot?

The guy who shoved had over aggressive stats, over 52 hands he was 38/23, I felt this contributed to the decision.

$6.50 buy-in perhaps is a factor as well (45 man tourney).

Problem is James he does this with hands ur crushing like AK, KQ, K10 J9, 108, possibly even spazzing a little with J10, JQ that we can't ever pass here. Sure sometimes we'll get shown KJ or 10Q  but I think we have to call quickly

Totally agree, but I'm not so much worried about the aggressive guy's single hand, but a combination of the three hands out there...

I am not sure I like completing here tbh, I know we are getting a million to one pre but it is not going to be easy to play post flop unless we make 2pr+ and I am not sure we are getting big enough implied odds for that.
