who is redshirt?

Always wears his lucky red shirt.

Except tonight he wore a light blue shirt, and was moved to seat 10 on your table I think half way through

Clown.

He was wearing a blue shirt? That probably tilted you from the start Rich - it's not right - him in blue.

Final table was a total crapshoot. I played the whole thing like a rookie night which was obviously the way to go. Smooth call any flop that you have caught a little bit of. worked a treat. Went out sixth having lost 3 fifty fifies in a row.

As regards red shirt....i think he went out 8th. I am afraid I really do not like this gentleman. He has all the class of a shiny polyester suit. The first time I met him he gave a load of verbals because he had seen me on sky. Tosser. I believe he also slow, slow rolled Bradders. When he got knocked out there was a resounding chorus of silence. Suitable reward.

Now should I play the final final Wednesday.............hmmm

5 so far this month

It all went off big styley last night, with leaguers galore among the 76-strong field, but only Snat making the final table.
Tighty was livid at going out tenth but he'll be leaping and bounding around the lounge as he realises he's netted another valuable point.
One point for Stalactight. WP sir.
Meanwhile, Snatagmite snared five more points for his respectable sixth. Outplayed by Mark red shirt obv.

Hmm, you is correct. Appeal successful. League table amended.

Win - 15ts, Second - 12, Third - 9, Fourth - 7, Fifth - 6, Sixth - 5, Seventh - 4, Eighth - 3, Ninth - 2, any other registered finish - 1 (only points for top seven if seven paid; only points for top five if five paid).

p.s I really loved dancing with you last night Chomps. All we were missing was "Lady in red" over the tannoy

Can there ever have been a more dream line up than the two to our left, then Oriental calling station to their left?

Not really my idea of heaven but comedy antics really.

How could they not realise what we were doing after about an hour of it? Especially following comments like 'Is it your turn or mine?' as the button approached. Yikes.

All we were missing was "Lady in red" over the tannoy

Red shirt's actual name is Mark Kempson.

I is struggling to place him too but will keep an eye out for him. Naming and shaming table buffoons is the future of poker.

If he carries on with that slowrolling malarky, I reckon you'd place him all right - right on his arse.

lol - reminds me of that player we had at our table early doors - priceless.  he doubles up early on with nut flush vs 2nd nut flush, and says he was surprised oppo didn't fold.  Then calls tighty's flop bet (top two) with bottom pair, hits 2 pair on turn and calls down.  'I was right - you didn't have much' or words that effect.  then decides to exit tourney by getting the last of his chips in with Q4 on an AAK flop.  All this within about half an hour.  Was an education!

He was an unpleasant git too

completely clueless which helped me in the end

He's raised in mid position could be any too

See a flop in the sb with  four ways

flop

lead out, he flats

turn

 three diamonds

lead out big he flats

river

which gets quite a lot of holdings there

I check intending to check call if needed and he sets me in

grit teeth, close eyes and call all in for a 20,000 pot at 50-100

He has 5-3 off

"I knew you didn't have much"

LOL
