Hmm, sounds like you may need to change it to the sicilian!

Not sure about that.

I saw him lose with aces on the cash table.

Funny thing was that he called an all in on a 3 flush board. Afterwards he claimed to have seen the other players cards and thought he had a flush. He definitely saw the and knew the other was red too and probably a heart.

I still dont understand that call !   Smiley

if you think you've seen the other players cards, and still lose the pot? Not only questionable etiquette but questionable eyesight

i actually check called all the way cos i did see his hand and thought it was questionable to use to my advantage in my mind i treated it as an allin preflop cards on their backs.... yes i gave him the money as i was actually very sure he had 2 hearts.... but it was self punishment for seeing his hand and not knowing what to do and feeling bad about it....

should i say i saw his hand ?  ive no idea....

I'd tell him at the end of the hand that he is risking exposing his cards...give him a chance to rectify it. In a couple of tournaments I've passed and told the whole table I've passed because I've seen an opponents hand, and named it if the hand was passed too

If it happens again though, he's fair game and has been given due warning

you've seen his hand, you have Aces, you are losing and you still call?

Save yourself the call.  He doesn't deserve the money for being a plum.  If the ethics concern you, take the price of the call and stick it in a charity box next time you are out and about.

don't call. Do tell him at the end of the hand that he is close to exposing his cards, and please watch out
